Cottage Canyon
Set in the heart of the resort town of Bend, Oregon, Cottage Canyon is an active lifestyle community of individually-owned homes ideal for those over 55 years of age. Cira worked with the development's owner and its real estate broker to create an identity for the project to appeal to and attract its target demographic.
Cira created a logo identity, website, brochure/folder, home plan specification sheets and individual home and community signage. Custom photography and key messaging based on the tagline “Where life takes you” were used to help set the right tone for the community.
