challenges still get her heart pumping
and adrenaline flowing.

A former marketing executive with North
Pacific and Xerox, Monique brings a wealth
of experience to Cira Creative including
strategy, product marketing, event planning,
branding and advertising. With an MBA and
a technical undergraduate degree, Monique has
the expertise to understand our clients’
business and make them successful. She is
passionate about marketing and is relentless
in delivering intelligent, well-crafted and
well-executed programs.
Creative Director
Before moving to Bend, Robert wore many
hats as principal of his own creative services
boutique in Santa Monica, CA. And now as
our creative director, Robert brings to our
diverse client base his nearly 20 years of
ad agency skills and experience. His keen
creative chops, adept account acumen, and
commitment to great work contributes a
new layer of intelligence, value and energy
to every Cira Creative project.
Art Director / Senior Designer
Design is Paula's passion. And for
over 14 years she has been
bringing marketing content to life
through innovative design.
She's built her resume from coast
to coast with stops in New York,
Texas, Seattle and Portland.
When not designing for Cira
Creative, she keeps loose through
yoga, which of course, allows her
the flexibility to bend over
backwards for our clients.
Art Director
Born and raised in Hawaii, Craig spent a
great deal of time in the water, waiting for
the ideal wave. At Cira Creative, he brings
that patience, focus and appreciation for
perfection to more than 14 years of design
and commercial photography experience.
Cira Creative designs, builds and executes effective, integrated marketing programs for select clients up and down the West Coast. Our job is to make our clients look good and help them achieve their business goals by providing breakthrough strategy, creative and results.
